Her experience includes participation in strategic partnership projects, business collaboration schemes, corporate reorganizations, financing, investment transactions, capital raising, structuring of corporate governance frameworks, statutory audit processes, contract negotiation, as well as matters related to financial institutions, consumer protection, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, and compliance with administrative authorities.

She has experience in the financial, real estate, technology, energy, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and services sectors.

She has also participated in providing training courses for companies on contracting and regulatory compliance.
